FAQ
Your questions, our answers
Answers to the questions patients and their families often ask.
How do I book an appointment?
You can call directly, message us on WhatsApp, or fill in the form on the Contact page. We will reply to arrange an appointment suited to your situation.
Should I bring my medical records?
Yes, bring all your documents: reports, ultrasounds, scans, test results and the list of your medications. They help assess your situation precisely.
Is surgery always necessary?
No. Surgery is proposed only when it is genuinely beneficial for your health. Other options (medical treatment, monitoring, catheter-based techniques) are considered and discussed with you.
Is the operation painful?
Anaesthesia is matched to the procedure: general for surgery, in which case you are asleep throughout; local for catheter procedures (coronary angiography, angioplasty, TAVI), where you remain awake but the puncture site is numbed. In both cases, pain is monitored and treated after the procedure.
How long does recovery take?
The duration varies with the procedure and each patient. A gradual rehabilitation is set up, and follow-up supports your return to daily activities.
Are consultations held in Arabic and French?
Yes, consultations are held in Arabic or French, as you prefer, so that everything is clearly understood.
Can a relative come with me?
Of course. Having a relative with you is encouraged, especially for the consultation and the explanations before the procedure.
